  • I would like a commission painting, can you paint anything for me?
    Absolutely! I can paint any subject for you, from an animal, to a persons portrait! As long as you own your images, I can create a beautiful painting for you.
  • When shall I order my Christmas Pet Portrait?
    It is best to order your pet portrait for Christmas before mid October. However, any time after that still may be possible. Please request your Christmas commission via email to artistkatefield@gmail.com with your photos or any questions you may have.
  • I need my painting ASAP, can you fast track my commission?
    Your commisson lead time is around 2-4 weeks, please let me know your time frame and I will fit you in to complete your painting in time for your desired date.
  • When should I expect my painting to arrive once I have paid my deposit?
    This can be between 2-4 weeks, if you would like it by a particular date, please add this to your email or on the payment page in the notes. I always give a rough date via email once your deposit has been received and confirmed.
  • What if I can’t decide which photo will be best for my painting?
    No problem! You can send between 1-10 photos to me via email and I can help you choose which one will make a beautiful painting. Please send them to artistkatefield@gmail.com
  • What if I want a different frame?
    I always offer a black or white minimal frame with a white mount as this doesn’t distract from your painting. However if you would like something special/wooden/antique, I can source this for you at a small cost.
  • I have my own frame, can you send me a painting and mount only?
    Yes! I can send your painting with a mount, for you to frame at home.
  • I would like Pet Portrait Greetings Cards of my painting, how do I order them?
    Please email artistkatefield@gmail.com and let me know how many you would like. The price will vary depending on the quantity you would like. These are printed on card from sustainable forests, and can take from 14-21 days once your painting is complete.
  • I would like my painting gift wrapped and sent straight to a friend, is this possible?
    Absolutely. All you have to do is let me know before I receive your second deposit and I can gift wrap your painting, add satin ribbon and send it to whichever address you wish. My gift wrapping service is an additional £8, it adds a beautiful touch of luxury to your painting.
